WHAT IS VIA27?
Via 27 is a faith-based creative worship&healing collective that uses music, spoken word, movement, and the visual arts to challenge mindsets, inspire hearts, and bring personal healing to the body of Christ.
Our Mission
We provide a platform for God-given artistic gifts that minister healing in fresh new ways. We feature tools to unite our spirit, soul, and body under Christ to experience healing and encounter with Jesus.
Our Focus
Our goal is not to build a following, but to glorify Jesus. We want to help people encounter the Lord through artistic expressions of worship. Our prayer is that these encounters would ignite a fresh discovery of God's love in order to engage with His presence in a tangible way to bring true personal transformation.
WHO IS VIA27?
The name Via comes from the Latin word for “road,” “path,” or “way to a destination.” 27 stands for Psalm 27. Through personal prayer, God made it clear that this Psalm is His prayer for all His people—a call to find our true route to Him and walk firmly down the path He has laid out.
Via 27 is a multi-faceted, faith-based creative collective. Using music, spoken word, testimonials, creative writing, mindfulness tools, teachings, and the visual arts, we challenge mindsets, inspire hearts, and help people find their journey of healing through connection with Christ.
The Vision: Wholeness Over Intellect
We are made up of body, soul, and spirit, created in the image of a creative God (Genesis 1:1). Because we are multifaceted beings, we are held back from full spiritual connection when we only feed our intellectual minds.
Western culture often dismisses mindfulness as “new age” and labels creativity as something strictly for the "artsy." We assume that if we fill our heads with knowledge, we will be full. In reality, filling only one element of our being leaves us half empty.
Podcasts and sermons are profound tools, but they are not enough to sustain a walk of true connection.

Our spirits crave the stillness of faith-based meditation, music, and quietness. It is in the stillness that we finally hear the “still small voice” that guides our lives.

Our souls need creative expression to quiet our racing thoughts and connect with the Holy Spirit.

Our bodies need movement to physically release trauma and embrace the full healing God offers.
We do not create content to persuade, but to bring balance. We want to expand perspectives beyond our own, helping us become secure, safe individuals who can walk out the true unity Jesus desires.
Our Founders & Creators
Via 27 was co-founded by JKG and JRG. Raised in the Christian faith, they have a unique understanding of religious tradition and a deep heart to see God’s freedom brought back into religious practice. They have spent years walking alongside those both inside and outside of the church, appreciating their unique spiritual journeys and this generations refreshing desire for authenticity.
Together, J&J bring over a decade of senior church leadership, ministry, and international mission work. They have worked in the entertainment business, run companies, built creative arts programs, and co-founded a church. Personally, their path has included foster care, adoption, and IVF. They have experienced deep trauma, failures, successes, beautiful highs, and life-shaking lows.
These dynamic highs and lows drove them to dive deeper into their faith, their healing, and lifestyle values.
This journey inspired a passion for internal balance and a fierce desire for personal healing and unity within the global Church. They have embarked on the study of movement and somatic practices, art therapy, extensive inner healing and therapeutic intervention. They have been equipped with a creative approach to living in the freedom Christ has given us by focusing on spiritual and practical tools. They have a passion for creativity and worship, along with high values for connection, venerability, relational safety, and authenticity. Out of this unique journey came Via27.
